Effective October 7, 2026

This agreement covers the QuickBooks Online integration used by Harrison Design LLC, doing business as Studio Harrison. "We" and "us" mean Harrison Design LLC.

What it is

The integration is a private, internal tool. Studio Harrison uses it only to read its own books, for internal bookkeeping and to report to the owner, Joel Harrison.

It is not offered to the public. Nobody outside Studio Harrison can sign up for it or connect their own QuickBooks company to it.

Read only

The integration only reads data. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.

No license to anyone else

No license is granted to any third party. Nobody outside Studio Harrison may use, copy, resell or share the integration.

QuickBooks and Intuit

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. This integration is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit. QuickBooks itself is covered by Intuit's own terms.

Turning it off

Access can be revoked at any time, from QuickBooks or from the Intuit account that connected it. Once access is revoked, the integration can't read anything.

Provided as is

The integration is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty that it is accurate, complete, error free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Harrison Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, that come from using the integration. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

Changes

We may update this agreement. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
