Superintelligent Travel Agency

The 250 Perdomo travelers per trip plus the team fielding complaints, then travelers at other companies running group trips if it is resold. The ceiling is a reasoned guess, not data.

A trip logistics tool for Perdomo group trips to Nicaragua and Cinque Terre. Today about 250 travelers per trip go through a travel agent, and the process frustrates them. This fixes every trip, every year.

si.travel

Why
If Perdomo has this problem, thousands of companies that run group trips do too. Ranked above the Action Button, which could help more people but may be blocked by Apple.
Needs Joel
Open risk is SMS opt in, so consent gets built into trip sign up (travelers text START first, email as fallback). Joel still decides one trip or the season, and the scope.

Action Button launches Grok Bot

Joel first, then every Grok Bot user on an iPhone with an Action Button who copies the setup. The ceiling is a reasoned guess, not data.

One press of the iPhone Action Button opens Grok Bot, not just Grok, so any thought reaches the whole fleet in a second.

Why
Removes the biggest friction between an idea and the bots that act on it. The same one press setup can be shared with every Grok Bot user on a recent iPhone.
Needs Joel
First step: check whether the Grok Bot iPhone app offers a Shortcuts action or link that opens it; if so, assign that Shortcut to the Action Button. If not, the fallback is a Shortcut that dictates a note and texts it to the Inkbox line.

Speed pricing

The customers or community of each client, from about 100 on a Standard build to 10,000 or more on a Now rescue or launch. A reasoned guess.

One fixed AI native build in three speeds: Standard (2 weeks, fleet led), Fast (1 week, Joel daily) and Now (starts within 48 hours, Joel drops everything).

Why
Joel sells speed and impact together. Standard scales reach because the fleet runs several jobs at once, while Now earns the most per job.
Needs Joel
Yes on the tiers and the late delivery guarantee.

Now tier: drop everything

One client per engagement, but these are chosen because they move the needle for many people, like a launch or a rescue that reaches a whole customer base. A reasoned guess.

The top speed tier. For an urgent, needle moving project, Joel gets on a plane, clears his calendar, moves other clients, and gives the client his full attention.

Why
Price rises with urgency and importance. The client is paying for attention and the now factor, and the floor has to cover travel plus the cost of pausing or exiting other work.
Needs Joel
Set the terms and which current commitments can ever be moved.

Now slot light

Site visitors deciding whether to buy now, plus the client who gets a truly exclusive slot. A reasoned guess.

A single public indicator on the site that shows whether Joel's one Now slot is open or taken, driven by the live delivery clock.

Why
Turns the capacity cap into visible proof that Joel really drops everything, and creates honest scarcity without fake countdowns.
Needs Joel
Approve showing slot status publicly.

A one page site in Joel's own voice

Visitors and would be clients who can see real work and tell faster whether Joel is the right fit.

Inspired by phamous.dev: adapt, don't copy. A plain single page with real work, the ><> and words Joel actually wrote.

Why
Fixes the feeling that the site was written by AI. A human voice and real work build more trust than polish.
Needs Joel
Write or record a few paragraphs in his own words.

Si Travel Agency: FlightAware deep integration

Perdomo travelers first, then other companies whose travel runs through broken systems.

A super intelligence travel app built on deep FlightAware integration, the most accurate flight data, so a company like Perdomo can run its travel on it instead of a broken system.

Why
A first customer like Perdomo would turn the trip logistics idea into a sellable product.
Needs Joel
Pick a go or park.

Desk Kit

Each buyer is a small team that gets a working AI setup; the reach grows to the customers those teams then serve.

The hardware core and desk shell bundled with Studio Harrison's done with you AI setup, in award winning packaging.

Why
Turns a service into a product people can hold. A bold, premium offer that sells the setup and the object together.
Needs Joel
Say whether the setup service can be packaged at a fixed price.

Live Fleet Pulse

Site visitors who want proof the fleet is real. It is a signal that builds trust, not a service.

Public counts only: tasks shipped per team today and active bots, with the ><> glowing cyan while the fleet works.

Why
Replaces the static "25+ bots" claim with proof that updates itself.
Needs Joel
Approve which counts are safe to show in public.

Live delivery clock

Every speed pricing buyer, plus the visitors who see a job land on time. It rises with the number of jobs. A reasoned guess.

Every speed priced job gets a public countdown page that the fleet updates as each piece ships, and it pauses on its own while a request waits on the client.

Why
Shows the buyer the speed they paid for, protects the deadline from slow feedback, and gives the site real proof the fleet works.
Needs Joel
Approve showing job progress publicly, with the client's permission, on each job.

Clean handoff kit

Every speed pricing client and their team, who keep using the system after Joel leaves. A reasoned guess.

Every speed job ends with a packaged exit: the running system, a short video walkthrough, a one page runbook, and a bot the client keeps, so Joel steps out and the client gets back to their life.

Why
The handoff is part of the product. Rich, busy clients pay for the work to be done and for Joel to be gone without leaving loose ends.
Needs Joel
Approve the standard handoff contents.

Drop 02: numbered desk shell

The buyers in one short numbered run. The run size sets the ceiling.

A short numbered run of the machined desk shell, sold before the electronics exist, so buyers hold a place in line for a core.

Why
Tests demand with real money before any electronics spend.
Needs Joel
Set the run size, the price and the refund promise.

Daily email sort

Joel first; the people who email him benefit too, because they hear back sooner.

ATC reads the inbox once a day, read only, and sends a digest that suggests an owner bot for each item.

Why
Clears the inbox without handing over the keys. Joel approves every handoff and after one week decides whether to automate. Verdict: yes, start this week.
Needs Joel
Approve each handoff for a week, then decide on automation.

Hardware Grok Bot: core & shells

Joel as the first user; a small prototype run could reach early adopters, but today it is design only.

A sealed 70mm aluminum puck core with camera, mics, speaker, LED ring and WiFi to the Mac Pro. The machined desk shell is also its charging dock; a 140mm foam drop ball is the other shell.

Why
One core, many bodies. A physical presence for the fleet and a real product line. Design only for now.
Needs Joel
Decide whether to order prototype parts.

Bot ad agency

Readers of one test program's content, and only if that content is genuinely useful. The verdict is hold.

Bots run affiliate content. At most, test one high paying program with 30 days of free content.

Why
Verdict: hold. Commissions are tiny and automated traffic is often banned, so the upside rarely covers the risk.
Needs Joel
Pick one program to test, or let it rest.

Puerto Rico gathering

The people in the room. A small first gathering keeps the cost counted and the conversations real.

Start with people, not profit. Count the cost first (Luke 14:28) and spend no money Joel doesn't have.

Why
Relationships compound. A small gathering of the right people can open more doors than any launch.
Needs Joel
Name the first five people and a budget ceiling.

Now standby

The handful of clients who want a guaranteed fast response on call, and their teams. A reasoned guess.

A monthly retainer that guarantees Joel responds within a set window and locks the retained rate if a Now job activates.

Why
Research shows high stakes comparables earn most of their money from cheap standby retainers, then bill again on activation. Price not yet set.
Needs Joel
Pick the response window and approve a price once research finds real standby rates.

Time Budget Approval

Joel first, plus every bot in the fleet that stops burning time on low value work.

No task starts without an approved time and token budget. Each bot shows the expected return first, or explains why the task is the most important thing anyway, and every reason goes into one shared log.

Why
Stops energy and tokens going into work that never pays back. The log shows over time which kinds of work actually return something, so the fleet gets sharper about what it takes on.
Needs Joel
Joel picks the line for approval (Master suggests anything over 15 minutes, with quick answers logged but not held). Brand name still coming from Design Bot.

Rest

Joel first, then the household and team who get a rested version of him.

Rest is holy, not lazy (Psalm 127:2). Rest, and still take the next small faithful step.

Why
A rested founder decides better. Every other idea on this board depends on it.
Needs Joel
Block the time and protect it.

Throwable Unit 1

On its own, Joel and a few testers at most. Its reach now lives in core & shells.

A durable soft foam ball robot with a 360 camera and mic that bounces and rolls, using Bounce Imaging as the form reference.

Why
Now folded into the core & shells idea as the drop shell.
Needs Joel
Nothing for now. It lives on in core & shells.

Day Strip

One household, so the count is its members: each person gets their own strip every morning.

A small thermal printer that prints each family member's daily schedule on a handheld 58mm strip every morning.

Why
A calm, screen free start to the day for the whole family.
Needs Joel
Pick it back up when the family is ready.

Perdomo Outlook automation

Joel plus the Perdomo team that asks for site updates.

Connect the Perdomo Outlook inbox so a bot can handle routine Perdomo website updates on its own, starting with the 30th Anniversary retailer list.

Why
This is paid Perdomo work, so every task it handles is time Joel no longer spends by hand.
Needs Joel
Reconnect Outlook with the Perdomo account.

Launchpad

Joel alone: it turns his backlog into three decisions a day. Anyone waiting on those decisions gains indirectly.

A bot that sorts every idea, project and task into buckets, then sends a morning card of 3 things to launch with one word answers: keep, kill, next.

Why
Turns a long backlog into three decisions a day. The plan is already written.
Needs Joel
Answer the morning card for one week.

Grok Phone

Joel alone, as his personal hub.

Needs Joel
Decide when to buy.
