Hey Mr. / Mrs. Prospect

I've worked with big design firms. The ones with big clients like Apple or Microsoft or Facebook don't give little accounts like yours the "A" team. You get the "B" or "C" team and they count on you being satisfied with being associated with their name (and Apple, of course)

Let's say their "normal" branding process takes 90 days:

  • + 20 days for "brainstorming"

  • + 20 more days for "iterating" and "story boarding"

  • + 20 additional days for "collaboration"

  • + 30 days to hire another firm to come up with an idea.

Then they deliver a package to you based on guesses, what the project manager had for dinner the prior night, and the attention to detail of someone just doing enough to not get fired immediately.

Not the best situation, especially for you.

That is the "big agency" model.

Here's my model:

  1. Step 1 - we get intimate.
I find out what you want, what you envision for your company, what you want your company to project to the world, from the colors to the crosses on the t's and dots on the i's.

  2. Step 2 - we get intimate with your customers.
I find out what they think. What they like. What other products they buy. Why they like or love them. What gets them excited about your company and your product.

  3. Step 3 - I deliver a killer packaged based on facts not guesses and "brainstorming".
You'll have a completed design in 60 days, or less. And if it doesn't work, I'll keep working until it does.

Simple. Productive. Efficient. Results.
